We will present you with resumes of the "best fit" candidates for your review. You then may choose to interview the candidates that match your needs. When you're satisfied with the candidates we set a start date. If you are not satisfied at any point, Regency will work with you to resolve any issues.		2. Contract-To-Hire Services If you are not sure if you need to hire a full time Technical resource, let Regency IT Staffing Solutions offer a contract to hire situation. You get to try the person for a set period of time and when ready, make an offer to the consultant to join your staff. This period can be 3 months, 6 months, or more dependent on the business need and comfort level. The same process will be used as for the Contract Services. The only difference being is that we will only provide you with candidates that may have the desire to become a full time employee of your organization.
